I love simple still life and flowers, add an egg and you have dinner! Just kidding. It's really all about the lighting with me and I like it dramatic. I don't do timid washy watercolors. I used colored pencils exclusively for many years and still work in the same realistic style only it's much faster when I can use a big brush sometimes.
